Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Joinery professional located in Dubai. The Joinery role at ZAS Constructions LLC involves working on various construction, renovation, interior design, and fit-out projects. Responsibilities may include custom furniture creation, collaborating with project teams, adhering to design specifications, and ensuring high-quality joinery work.

Qualifications

• Ability to change the rough sketches and designs from engineers and architects to technical drawings and plans in such a way that they are understandable by everyone.

Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications as instructed by Design Coordinator. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and HVAC drawings and other trades. Manage ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines.

Supervise and manage joinery installations at sites.

• Proven experience and expertise in joinery, woodworking, and carpentry
• Proficiency in working with a variety of tools, equipment, and materials
• Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, measurements, and construction methodologies
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret design specifications
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to joinery work
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
