Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Junior Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing initiatives by developing engaging content, managing campaigns, and enhancing our brand's digital presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, email, and advertising platforms.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, website, and print materials, ensuring alignment with SITC's brand voice and travel offerings.
- Social Media Management: Manage SITC's social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and analyzing posts, while engaging with followers to build a strong community.
- Market Research: Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform marketing strategies and enhance SITC's competitive edge.
- Event Coordination: Support the marketing team in organizing events, exhibitions, and activations, including logistics, promotions, and follow-ups.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Product Development, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry (internships are also considered).
- Digital Marketing Skills: Familiarity with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Creativity & Initiative: Strong writing and design skills, with a creative mindset for developing travel-related content that resonates with audiences.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent project management abilities, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
