Securing an excellent guest experience and high product quality, with the great knowledge on nutritional composition and recipes of all products, maintaining clean, great ambiance and comfortable invironment to our guest. E-Campus
JQ modules
- Knows and can refer to all JQ modules
- Knows all basic Foot Soldier knowledge as a Juicer and are able to pass Basic Juicer Performance Shift
Product Making
100% Product Manual knowledge
- Knows all recipes for all products as per E-Campus standard
- Knows and follows all prep procedures as per E-Campus standard
Perfect Product Ratio
- Understands how to make the perfect product in every category
- Only sends out perfect products on the send out area
- Corrects and supports their team to ensure perfect PQ
Ensure Guest Focus
Provide legendary guest service according to company guideline and standard
Focus to customer by acting Guest comes first Attitude. And always implement Brand behaviour (Saturday night dinner host) to every customer.
Learn ingredients and description of all the food, beverages, and all items available in our menu, new and old.
Provide quality beverages and food product consistently for all guest by adhering to all recipes and presentation standard.
Follow all the hygiene and food safety procedure while on duty.
Be patient and organized
Always act as a role model, treat others with respect and embrace diversity.
Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote our culture and The Manifest of Much More and live with it in our daily lives.
Follow Daily Objectives
Follow and achieve daily target, KPI's and other sales objective to help the business grow. (up sell, more sell, and the sales of loyalty card.)(provide guest a full circle experience)
Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that team member can locate resources and product as needed. (Follow DCWF and structure of the bar by having a clear optics)
Follow the sequence in every station and ensure to deliver fast-paced services in every customer. (Paced yourself)
Complete Opening store procedures in store and in trail during schedule
Complete Closing store procedures in store and in trail during schedule shift
Complete shifts change procedures during schedule shift
Restocks procedure during schedule shift.
Complete cleaning task in the store and in trail during schedule shift.
Follow cash handling procedure.

Complete E-campus Training and Test.
Practice correct cash handling procedure by following J&J Xontill procedure and policies. To ensure safety and security to all team members.
Assist and support new juicer, if necessary, create an environment where everyone is welcome.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instruction and request clarification when needed.
