Job Title: Junior AC Technician

- Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior AC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. This position is ideal for someone who has a basic understanding of HVAC systems and is looking to grow their skills in a hands-on environment.
Installation & Maintenance:
- Assist in the installation of air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Support senior technicians in routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing filters.
Help diagnose issues in malfunctioning AC systems using tools and equipment under the supervision of senior technicians.- Assist in repairing or replacing defective parts, such as compressors, fans, and electrical components.
System Testing:- Perform basic system tests to ensure proper functioning after installations or repairs.
Assist in calibrating systems to the appropriate settings as directed by senior technicians.Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
- Report any issues or irregularities encountered during service calls to the senior technician or supervisor.
Customer Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are informed about the work being done and any maintenance tips.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
* Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing tasks.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with local codes and industry standards.
