We are looking for Storekeeper cum Accountant with 2 years of experience. We are a Facilities Management and trading company based in Abu Dhabi.
We prefer candidates on visit visa, cancelled visa or those on notice period.
Candidate should possess following skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Hindi and English language.
Candidate must know bookkeeping responsibility for recording and maintaining a business financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
Documenting financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments.- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Perform monthly and annual account closings.- Provides financial information to management.
Reconcile bank statements.
- Preparation of financial statement.
Accounting. Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Designing accounting system.
Financial forecasting and risk analysis.- Designing accounting system.
Ensuring that goods are well organized and stored in a clean area to be visible and traceable.
- To take appropriate action for care and preservation of the materials.
Periodical stock verification and ensure correctness of stock at all times.
