Junior Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design, review and development of architectural projects

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.

- Collaborate with team members on project designs and modifications.

- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project planning.

- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and receive feedback.

- Research building codes, materials, and construction methods to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Support the project team in producing high-quality renderings and visualizations.

- Maintain & review project documentation and ensure accurate records of design changes.

- Contribute to the development of sustainable design solutions that meet requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and other design tools.

- Understanding of architectural principles, design, and construction processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

- Portfolio showcasing academic projects and design skills (required).

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of 2D &3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion).

- Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices.

- Internship or work experience in an architectural firm (preferred but not required).
