Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Art Director at our Heliopolis location. As a Junior Art Director, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of creative campaigns and projects. You will work closely with the creative team to conceptualize ideas, create visual content, and ensure that all deliverables are aligned with the client's brand guidelines. Additionally, you will collaborate with the account management team to understand client briefs and provide innovative solutions that meet their objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Collaborate with senior creatives to develop creative concepts and strategies.
• 1-2 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual composition
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take constructive feedback
• Portfolio showcasing creative projects and design skills
