This role will provide administrative support to the Company Secretarial team (CoSec) and will work closely with the team to assist in the maintenance of relationships for a portfolio of external clients and internal companies. The Company Secretarial team spans several global jurisdictions and specializes in the provision of services to a multitude of boards.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the scheduling board / committee meetings;
Providing administrative support to the CoSec team and aid in the servicing of client engagements;
Reviewing internal systems for the purpose of gathering relevant documentation and information for board / committee meetings;
Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of information related to CoSec engagements on internal systems;
Liaising with relevant parties on various meeting related items;
Any other administrative tasks in the support of the CoSec team and Waystone generally in the servicing of CoSec client relationships.

Background in similar field;

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment;
Strong MS Office Skills;
Demonstrate an ability to be highly organized and work to tight deadlines.
