Job Descriptions :-

  1. Communicating with customers and working to find appropriate solutions.
  2. Answering questions or inquiries that the customer needs to know.
  3. Providing high-quality service that meets all customer needs and enhances their level of satisfaction.
  4. Time management and allocating an appropriate period for each client according to his needs and requirements.
  5. Read and analyze the customer and identify the mood he is experiencing to maintain positive interactions.
  6. Communicating with customers through various social media platforms and sites
  7. Immediate response to customer inquiries
  8. Achieving and ensuring customer satisfaction
  9. Providing all the information the customer needs

Qualifications :-

  1. Previous experience in a customer service role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations
  5. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  6. Proficiency in customer service software and MS Office
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  9. Fluent English is a must
  10. Previous experience work in the field of tourism
