Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Dealer to join Multibank FX team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing trades, managing client accounts, and monitoring market conditions. This role is perfect for individuals looking to begin their career in finance and trading within a dynamic brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with internal teams on market movements.
• Responsible for trade verification, settlement, and the process related to market transactions.
• Maintain stability of trading system, analyzing data, and monitoring product pricing of all liquidity providers.
• Analyzing the financial markets and identifying the momentum of each security.
• Analyze trading behavior and identify abusive trading strategies.
• Perform hedging trades based on the overall dealing desk strategies.
• Monitor the LP positions and report any anomalies and gaps.
• Informing all relevant parties of the most relevant trades, any sudden movement in the market and any upcoming event.
• Gathering information - critically about mispriced assets, detailed data analysis and valuation.
• Process all clients withdrawals on daily basis, after analyzing their trading style for any suspicious transactions.
• Process Internal tickets requested by all departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (P&L, Volume, Accounts, swaps, etc.)
• Covering 24 hours shifts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant coursework is a plus.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading principles.
• Familiarity with Meta Trader or similar trading platforms is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of risk management practices and tools, including Tapaas, is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
