Responsibilities:
eCommerce
- Optimize the company's eCommerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Ensure seamless user experiences through website performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
Digital
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Design and implement strategies to increase website traffic and online conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and insights.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze website traffic, sales, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
- Generate reports to evaluate the success of eCommerce initiatives and digital campaigns.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related role (internships count!).
- Experience with eCommerce technology platforms and online marketplaces is a must.
- Knowledge of digital tools like Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
