Scope of the Job:
The aim of junior eCommerce Analyst is to support the regional eCommerce analyst lead in finding opportunities and delivering insights through understanding customer/consumer online behaviors using various data sources that aim to benefit the eCommerce organization and the wider commerce organization in driving topline growth in a rapidly changing disrupted world. In addition to the above, junior eCommerce analyst will work with B2C data to support on analytics and drive business performance. he/she will also work on identifying KPIs to be measured and report actionable insights to the team.
Job Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:
He/she works with large data sets to find actionable insights
He/She is able to perform some cleansing (of the data) through understanding their relevance to the business
He/She is able to compare and analyze different types of data sets; these can vary between data sets gathered online or with complete offline data to create relevant actionable insights.
He/She is able to translate data into insights to the wider team in an understandable easy to digest manner.
He/She is able to identify gaps in the data in order for the team to help He/She in filling these gaps to reach better insights
He/She knows the way in SPSS, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, PowerBI etc.
He/She is able to team-up with field team to validate her insight and augment the qualitative insights with the quantitative findings.

Understand the shopper and customer profiles.
Understand the digital trends changes in the wider environment and its implication on the platform.
Able to differentiate different shopper needs and act upon in order to achieve ABC digital ambitions.
Understand ABC Route to Market and its implication on the platform.
Qualifications:
Education, Certifications and Licenses:
University degree from a reputable university in engineering, business administration, or a related field Knowledge and Experience:
2-4 years experience in FMCG companies with commerce background.
Strong data management skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, PoweBI, etc)
Experience in digital sales platforms (B2B, B2C, iB2B, iB2C) is a plus
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques is a plus Skills and
