Junior Engineer - Estimation
Description :
Develop detailed cost estimates for various small to mid sized construction and maintenance projects under supervision of Senior Estimation Engineers and Estimation Manager.
Go to site visits and analyze project scope of work, IFP package/drawings, technical specifications and other documentation to obtain project requirements.
Collaborate with Senior Engineers and the Estimation Manager to determine project scope/objectives, bidding strategy and prepare competitive Commercial proposal.
Prepare accurate BOQ and research the local market to identify current costs for material, labor and equipment including productivity factor/rates.
