Junior Engineer with Contracts Experience (Filipino)

Shelter Group is looking for a Junior Engineer possessing experience in handling contracts administration. Junior Engineer shall assist the Contracts Executive by overviewing contract implementation terms and analysis of commercial & technical contracts which includes condition of contracts, reviewing/ evaluating/ responding to proposal/variation/claim and delay requests, pricing and negotiations and handle dispute resolutions, and chargeback reports.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Possessing an Engineering Degree
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
6. Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office
7. Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
