The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do

As a Junior Executive in the Sports Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Manager/Senior Manager in building and managing relationships with our sports partners and driving sporting activities across the portfolio. Your enthusiasm for sports and interest in event management will help us implement innovative partnerships and activations.

• Assist the Manager/Senior Manager in maintaining and growing relationships with global and local sports teams (mainly football).
• Support the activation of partnerships and coordinate with team members for unique activations.
• Aid in working with various business units to drive fan engagement and rewards.
• Help set up football stores and ensure good assortment, stock, and sales for partners.
• Assist in utilizing all rights to maximize impact and engagement on our platform.
• Collaborate with the growth team to boost reach and viewership of sports content.
• Support the management of merchandise content, including listing and brand stores.
• Assist in enhancing the user journey for sports content.
• Help engage with potential new partnerships and assess their value.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in sports/event management.
• Passion for sports and partnerships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for driving new business opportunities.
• Ability to connect with people across teams and levels.
• Strong bias for action and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
