Qualifications:
- Completed a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Completed or partially qualified in ACCA, CA, or CPA.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a finance executive.
- Experience in supporting budgeting and analysis processes.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion is an added advantage.
Job Description:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
- Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support the finance team in reconciling ledgers and ensuring data integrity.
Conduct basic financial analysis and reporting.
- Assist with Financial reporting on a timely manner in accordance with the month end schedule.
- Analyse financial and non-financial data to extract relevant information.
- Assist with the coordination between the reporting team and budgeting/forecasting functions.
- Assist with ensuring the accuracy of cost center / profit center entries from all levels.
Costing and Pricing:
- Assist in creating the right costing and price models for new business, tenders and bids.
- Assist in cost analysis for new business.
- Participate in pricing discussions and contribute insights.
Fixed Asset Management:
- Ensure that assets are allocated to the correct cost centres / profit centres.
- Update asset registers, calculate depreciation, and maintain accurate records.
Forecasts and Budgets:
- Assist to prepare financial forecasts and annual budgets.
- Assist in variance analysis by comparing actual performance to budgeted figures.
- Learn about budgeting processes and contribute to budget presentations.
