The company is looking to recruit a Junior Graohic Designer at the Head Office in Amman, Jordan.
Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves supporting the Senior Graphic Designer in producing visually compelling content across digital and print platforms. The Junior Graphic Designer will work on a variety of projects, including designing 3D models and scenes, creating content for social media, web banners, and e-commerce listings, while ensuring all materials align with DCP's brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Reporting to the Senior Designer, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative design projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Graphic Designer in creating high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms.
- 3D Design: Design 3D models, images, and scenes using tools like Autodesk 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Render, KeyShot, or similar software.
- Develop visually engaging web banners, social media posts, and e-commerce listings.
- Ensure all design materials maintain brand consistency and align with marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on design and social media trends to produce fresh, innovative work that resonates with the target audience.
- Handle multiple design tasks across various projects, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Collaborate with team members and occasionally other departments to address design needs effectively.
- Be open to constructive feedback and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of relevant design experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D design software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Render.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dimension, Express) and familiarity with Canva.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
- Experience in B2B industries.
- Basic video editing or motion graphics knowledge is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in all tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing 3D and graphic design work is essential.
