Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Installs and configures hardware like printer, scanner, UPS, applications software, etc
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Assures system stability and security
- Give remote support to users.
- Prioritizing and managing many IT support open cases at a time.
- Performs Other duties as assigned or required
Education & Experience:
BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or related of fields
2 years of experience in Information Technology Activities.
