Job Description

Lead the design and development of high-performance Java-based backend systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and turn them into technical solutions
Implement robust and scalable microservices architecture to enhance application performance and maintainability
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that provide seamless integration with front-end components
Ensure code quality through regular code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability, while addressing any technical challenges
Continuously research and advocate for new technologies and processes that improve system performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
2 years of experience in Java backend development,Java, Spring, PL/SQL, Microservices
Strong expertise in Java and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud technologies
Proficient with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes is a plus)
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
