Junior Key Account Manager (Chinese speaker)

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the complete project life cycle of catering to the client's requirement starting from understanding the needs (contractual and commercial); sourcing & screening through sourcing specialists, scheduling / conducting interviews, candidate finalization and mobilization date confirmation followed by handing over to contracts and logistics section.

Conduct regular client visits; ensue high quality services are extended to the clients.

Plays a vital role in ensuring that the da-to-day operations related to meeting the clients requirements is achieved.

Responsible to adhere to the set KPIs for responding to client's requirements.

Identify all potential business from the existing clients/ projects.

Job Description:

Responsible to strengthen client relationships and ensure the successful continuance of business from the Clients.

Obtain regular feedbacks from the clients and adopts strategies to improve the service performance in co-ordination with the COO.

Ensure client satisfaction in all aspects and consistent growth in revenue/ profit margin as targeted by the Management.

Coordinates with the sourcing specialists to obtain the suitable resume's matching the client's requirements.

Schedule client interviews

Obtain feedback from the Client after the interview and finalize the commercial proposal if the consultant is to be mobilized

Follow up with Client/ Sourcing Specialists on matters related to Recruitment.

Negotiates with the Consultant/ Client and finalize the terms and conditions during the contract renewal/ amendment.

Prepares Clients visit reports and circulate to COO and CCO.

Must be a person who speaks Chinese and a foreign language.

Employee Profile:

Degree in any Discipline

5 to 6 years experience in similar industry in any of the following industry (Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Renewables, Transportation).

Ability to communicate fluently with Clients and understand their requirements. Fluent in English & Chinese speaking and writing skills are mandatory.

IT skills like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory

Ability to harness a working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity.

Strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills.
