Job Description

Focus

Â

The objective of key account manager in collaboration with other supporting SRVME team members, is to implement and drive SRVME’s businesses and sales strategies, accordingly, advancing and achieving our goals in Kuwait’s competitive market.

Â

Key account manager in charge will solely be looking after business accounts and in which he/she should seek for new business opportunities and leads, negotiate, and ultimately secure the account.

Furthermore building and maintaining customer relationship is an ultimate pillar of the task in hand.

Duties & responsibilities

Â

A.                 Sales and Growth

-Â Â Â Â Â Identify key decision makers within an organization, such as executives, directors and other leaders, to promote SRVME App

-Â Â Â Â Â Drive revenue from customers by building a strong relationship

-     Become an expert in SRVME’s products and services in order to elaborate why SRVME’s solution is essential to them

-     Work closely with SRVME’s management to help develop & implement the growth strategy

-Â Â Â Â Â Maintain growth mind set at all times

B.                 Manage Customer inquiry

-Â Â Â Â Â Prepare all related documents to open and maintain new accounts

-Â Â Â Â Â Generate reports as per customer requirements

-Â Â Â Â Â Develop and maintain accurate and current documentation for all accounts

Â

C.                 DATA Analysis

-Â Â Â Â Â Develop reporting structures for customer performance.

-Â Â Â Â Â Analyze business operations from a dual side perspective both technological and operational.

-Â Â Â Â Â Work cross-functionally with Product, Operation & Engineering to automate data collection and improve analysis.

Â

Service provider acquisition:

-Â Â Â Â Â Outreach to service providers to discuss SRVME value proposition, Product and Services.

-Â Â Â Â Â Overcoming objections and negotiating advertising solutions while building trust with service providers to understand their needs.

-     Coaching and Training Service provider to deliver unexceptional Customer Experience for us to retain the Customer. Â


Requirement

-Â Â Â Â Â Bachelor's degree in related field

-     Minimum experience in related field (0 to 2 years) – freshers are also welcome

-Â Â Â Â Â Can speak fluent English and Arabic
