Job Description
Verify incoming local shipment documents
Process the BOE using Dubai trade portal or liaise with freight forwarder to process the BOE as and when needed.
Follow-up with supplier for missing customs documents.
Prepare documents for customs submission and make sure that they are submitted on or before the deadline
Enter records into the excel file
Prepare folder for each project and file all associated documents
- Maintain all inward & outward documents for custom audit purpose.

Profile
2 years of experience in dealing with customs documents
High School certificate.
Knowledge of Import & Export procedures and documentation required
Knowledge of online customs portal
Awareness regarding:

- Relevant quality, environmental, or health and safety objectives;
- Their contribution to the effectiveness of the management system;
