Job Description
Role Overview:
The Junior Product Manager at Altibbi Telehealth plays a vital role in supporting the development and enhancement of our telehealth platform. As a Junior Product Manager, you will work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and healthcare experts, to assist in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality telehealth products and features.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams, to assist in gathering and documenting detailed product requirements. Contribute to a comprehensive understanding of user needs and business goals.
- Feature Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing features and functionalities based on user value, business impact, and technical feasibility. Learn to make data-driven decisions and adapt priorities to changing market demands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with development, design, marketing, and sales teams under the guidance of senior product managers.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment across all departments to achieve common product goals.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Work alongside UX designers to contribute to the creation of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Learn to provide input on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to enhance the overall user experience.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to understand acceptance criteria and assist in conducting testing to ensure the product meets quality standards before release.
- Feedback Analysis: Learn to gather and assist in analyzing user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. Contribute to the implementation of necessary changes and enhancements to optimize the user experience continually.
- Regulatory Compliance: Under the guidance of senior product managers, stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Assist in ensuring that the telehealth platform adheres to all relevant laws and standards.
- Product Launch: Provide support for the successful launch of new features and products. Assist in the development of launch plans, training sessions, and support marketing efforts to promote new offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
- An analytical mindset with the potential to interpret data and user feedback to contribute to product improvements.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a willingness to gain experience in Agile development environments.
- Interest in and willingness to learn about regulatory requirements related to telehealth services.
