Your new role
They are seeking a highly skilled Junior Project Manager to join their team. The Junior PM will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. They will play a key role, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Client Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, ensuring clear communication and timely task completion.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Financial Management: Monitor project costs, identify potential overruns or underspends, and collaborate with team leads for mitigation strategies. Prepare and manage project invoices.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure projects adhere to established quality standards throughout the delivery process.
- Reporting: Generate timely and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders, communicating project progress and performance.
Qualifications:
- Emirati with a Family Book, as per government requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- (Preferred:) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
