Junior Recruitment Coordinator (UAE National)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. Youll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment and eager to learn and grow in the field.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers


• Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company platforms


• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status


• Support the recruitment team with sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes


• Communicate with candidates to provide updates, answer inquiries, and deliver a positive candidate experience


• Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events, such as career fairs and open houses

• UAE Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)


• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively


• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus


• A passion for recruitment and a positive, can-do attitude
