Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Sales Acquisition Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience, specifically in the retail sector. The ideal candidate should have a robust network and a well-maintained lead database to drive our sales efforts for the WAW app.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Creation: Develop and deliver effective proposals tailored to meet the needs of potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the WAW app.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with clients to secure contracts and bring them on board as partners.
  • Client Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of clients needs, preferences, and market trends to tailor solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Revenue Generation: Increase company revenue by selling advertising slots to clients, advertisers, and sponsors, maximizing opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, including daily vendor visits and client communications, to analyze growth opportunities and track performance.
  • Lead Conversion: Work closely with the lead generation team to receive leads, communicate effectively with prospects, and convert leads into clients.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with clients, advertisers, and sponsors to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Required Competencies:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the retail sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of the WAW app effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work outdoors and adapt to changing environments and client needs.
  • Language Proficiency: Very good command of spoken and written English is required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset: Hungry for growth and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to seeking out new opportunities and challenges.
