Job Role:- junior Sales Engineer

Salary:- AED 8000-10,000

Location:- Dubai.

Requirement :- 3-4 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for maximizing our client's sales potential for the products in UAE, opening new doors, crafting sales plans, and justifying these plans to the Senior management. To meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.

Principal Accountabilities:

Create new leads to achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures the continuity of Its strong presence.

Establish collaborative relationships across and beyond your own area in order to maximize the business performance and share best practices.

Growing the revenue & gross margin as per the company targets plans

Monitor customer satisfaction and take an action to address satisfaction issues in a prompt manner.

Specify our product with the consultants by adding our brand's name to the vendor lists.

Providing these customers with technical product support evaluating their project needs and specification.

Establish good rapport with the customers and maintain the company's image.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Reporting on a regular basis to the management.

Follow up on payments collections (if there are any payment issues).

Minimum Requirement (Knowledge Skill and Experience]

Should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable university.

Technical know-how about the product.

3-4 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Good communication skills.

Fluent In the English Language (read, write, speak); Arabic language is an advantage.

Must have knowledge Of Microsoft Office applications (word, excel & PowerPoint).

Must have UAE Driving License.

Must have good network of MEP Contractors/ Consultants In UAE.

Salary: AED 8K to 10K +Commission (Depending on Experience)
