Junior Sales Manager (Food Service)

Job Description

  • Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the Food Service sector in hotels, coffee shops, restaurants, concept stores, Petrol stations. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expand our market presence.
  • Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Promotion: Organize and participate to events to promote the brand at exhibitions, build strong collaboration with resellers for curated events such as limited edition launches, exclusive products, etc.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the senior management team. Analyse sales data to inform business strategies and decision-making.
  • CRM: Manage and utilize the CRM system to track sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements

  • You are a DOER with a wide network in HORECA & Retail in the UAE
  • 2-3 years of experience working with a distributor or for a brand in HORECA & Retail in the UAE is mandatory
  • Proven experience in Sales within the retail & Food Service sector
  • Strong understanding of the wellness and vegan food supplement market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
  • You have your own car with a UAE driving license
  • Based in Dubai
  • Arabic speaking is a plus for GCC role expansion
