We are looking for a highly organized and meticulous Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of goods and information between suppliers and customers. Key tasks include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing data to forecast demand, coordinating logistics activities, and developing relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of supply chain principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and track product movement within the supply chain.
• Oversee third-party manufacturing and track product movement until it reaches warehouses.
• Manage relationships with logistics partners to facilitate the transportation and distribution of goods.
• Assist in resolving any supply chain issues or disruptions that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards in all supply chain activities.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use supply chain software systems to track shipments, monitor KPIs, and generate reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a resident of Alexandria.
