Junior Technical Officer (Photocopier Industry Experience Required)

WE ARE HIRING A JUNIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER

We seek a motivated and dynamic Junior Technical Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in the copier industry, with added experience in note-counting machines being a significant advantage. This role requires a willingness to travel and excellent communication skills.

• Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of copier machines and related equipment.

• Install and configure new copier machines at client locations.

Provide technical support and training to clients on using and maintaining copier machines.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to copier machines promptly and efficiently.

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on copier equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Travel to various client locations as required for service and support.

• Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in the Photocopier industry.

• Experience with note-counting machines is a plus.

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site support and service.

Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive client relationships.
