The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry and a passion for helping clients plan their dream vacations. As a Junior Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. You will also provide expert advice and recommendations based on clients preferences and budget.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with travel inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings

- Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on clients interests and preferences

- Book flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel arrangements

- Process payments and manage invoices

- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel planning process

- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the trip

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
