As Junior Chef De Rang (Service Personality), You Will
- Junior Chef de Rang (Junior Waiter) is mainly tasked to assist the Chef de Rangs (Waiters) in Couqley's daily operations.
- Provide an exceptional guest service experience.
- Be an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role.
- Have a huge passion for food and wine, enabling you to upsell and promote items enhanced by your knowledge about food and wine pairing.
- Be keen to attend training sessions provided by management to develop their skills.
- Be organised at running food or a section.
- Have a keen understanding of how a French bistro scene works.
