Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Account Management Specialist to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and foster long-term client relationships within the education and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing sales deals, and providing exceptional account management to ensure partner satisfaction and retention. The candidate will be responsible to recruit partner schools to RoboGarden network.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets and expand market reach within the education and corporate segments.
Prospect and qualify leads, including schools, clubs, and companies, through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our AI and coding courses and address client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and problem resolution throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to drive customer satisfaction and enhance product offerings.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account information in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and other databases.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles, preferably within the education or technology industry.
Proficiency in English language (mid-level and above) is preferred.
Previous experience in education, technology, or coding background is a plus.
Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work full-time (8 hours) in a hybrid module, including on-ground, office, and remote work.
