Job Description

Provide excellent customer service to the clients and oversea agents by understand their queries, act proactively and respond within the time frame to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage, create and monitor shipments job file, prepare the related documentations, coordinate with trucker, forwarding team, issue billing invoice till sorting/filling and costing.

Provide commercial support and assist the commercial team to check rates with airline, overseas agents, and 3rd party vendors.

Develop strong relationships with the customers, network agents , airlines

Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping process.

Complying with company directions, policies and SOPs.

Maintain accurate record and file all file in accordance with company procedure.

Observe team members productivity and conduct constructive coaching.

Proses any additional task assigned by immediate superior or company management from time to time.

Analyze and identify gaps in the current process and develop solutions to enhance efficiency.

  • 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
