Mainly works with a Target, sells to current and potential direct accounts, and offers referral
partners sales support to help close deals or to streamline and improve the selling process.
Utilising key account data and preparing recurring and monthly reports for stakeholders.
To ensure customer satisfaction, respond to all inquiries from customers right away. Ensure the
right transaction and keep an eye on the data's quality.
Control and monitor all channels of communication through frequent meetings. to reward clients
and maintain their loyalty.
Keep in touch with customers to boost business operations.
Provide summaries of client comments and complaints.
Proven results in delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
Negotiate and interpret existing/renewal /amended contact through our internal and external
channels.
To establish and manage the pipeline in the enterprise segment, look for new opportunities, and
strengthen and expand on those that already exist.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Verify the RFP documents, create the bid submission materials, and monitor the process until it
is granted.
