Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and building long-term relationships with clients. They will handle business planning and apply analytical skills to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Turkey.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with key clients to review their needs and address any concerns.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer base.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key clients.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop account plans for each key client, outlining strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to identify solutions to potential challenges.
- Contract Management:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to maximize profit.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services based on client needs and market trends.
