Job Summary
The B2B Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the products provided by the company. They serve as the primary point of contact for customers and are tasked with identifying opportunities for growing the business by means of new customers acquisition, upselling or cross-selling. The role involves collaboration with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery and support for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts. Understand their business goals, challenges, and needs.
- Develop business plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and market share expansion
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure continued business with existing Key Accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to meet customers needs and expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and potential threats to customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of Customers interactions, sales activities, and account status. Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance and revenue forecasts.

Education and Experience
