Sudair Pharmaceutical company is looking for a Key Account Manager in Riyadh city.
Job Summary:
Key Account Manager is a field-based position in charge of generating demand for SPC portfolios from key accountsas well as proactive sales of SPC portfolios, so contributing to positive company representation. Meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as expanding market share and market presence, is required to achieve and maintainsales growth in designated strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia in the same territory through strategic partnershipwith key customers, with a special focus on stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Sets business plans, priorities, budgets, and performance objectives for assigned Key Accounts, ensures cross-functional understanding of these plans with Marketing, Sales Teams.
- Allocates resources across Key Accounts to meet the business plan.
- Ensures fulfilment of contractual obligations with Key Account customers.
- Ensures achievement of the Key Account Plans and delivery of the required financial results.
- Builds and sustains long term customer partnerships with Key Accounts that create mutual value.
- Performs and reports on competitive activities on Key Accounts.
- Runs or works on projects that develop KAM capability throughout the Country.
- To develop & build strong relations with different stakeholders in Saudi Arabia positioning SPC as the partner ofchoice.
- Recommend and build partnerships in areas that will help SPC obtain greater market access.
- Be completely informed and educated on the Institutional framework, priorities, challenges, policy and procedure change of each relevant institution.
- Responsible for all product Enlisting activity New Products & New Product Forms in the target accounts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine.
- 3 Years of experience in sales and 2 years in Key accounts management in the Healthcare market (Specialty Pharmaceutical experience is a plus).
- Dynamic with personal initiative, business drive and ability to achieve goals in tough markets and competition.
- Have Interpersonal Interaction & people's skills, and ability to work in teams and independently
- Fluent in English language, both spoken and written
