Candidate must be strong in communication, presentation, and public speech skills. Candidate's main duty is to develop and maintain key accounts, including but not limited to:
- Governmental Accounts
- Governmental Projects related Consultants
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the relationship with governmental projects key accounts.
- Manage, operate, and coordinate the products and services qualification process related to the accounts specified.
- Develop and implement account management strategies for key accounts.
- Monitor and analyze the key accounts requirements, preferences, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts.
- Coordinate with the overseas key accounts teams and country manager to share information and provide up-to-date reporting for key accounts.
- Collaborate efficiently with the Regional and Overseas Key accounts, Management, Sales, and Business Development departments to support joint tasks and in preparing technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Build and strengthen client and relevant stakeholders relationships to achieve long-term and high level partnerships
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with support departments, such as marketing, product management, and technical support.
- Report and keep up-to-date management and marketing departments for PR events, programs, and initiatives.
- Stay on top of industry trends.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Process, monitor, and communicate projects and customer relations reports on a monthly basis.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Availability when requested for a meeting or call by a customer is crucial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers effectively and continuously.
- Excellent presentation skills (customers management, C-level, and decision-making level, or market regulators).
- Organizational clarity and relations between all accounts and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
- Time management skills (including reporting on time and requesting support on time).
- Energy-related degree preferred / Related experience preferred (3-4 years minimum).
