Job Summary:

To develop long-term relationships with an account; connect with key business executives & stakeholders. Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to account needs. Manage and develop customer accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders. Demonstrate understanding of customer business challenges, internal political environment, market trends, competition and partners that may affect the customer's business and decision making
  • Coordinate all engagement and communication with the account including ownership of all proposals and tenders to the customer. Create & maintain relationships with customers at all levels by focusing on decision makers and senior level executives within the account.
  • Enhance TAMER products reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments Negotiate with the client to ensure all business is profitable
  • Manage projects within account, working to carry out customer goals while meeting company goals Coordinate with staff members to ensure consistent service, Collaborates with sales & clinical team to reach prospective customers.
  • Manage TAMER Medical portfolio of accounts. Drive systematic, profitable growth in the country by meeting or exceeding sales target and key performance indicators
  • Inform the management team about major prospects, sales goals, budgets, and forecasts in a timely, effective, and meaningful manner.
  • Displays a consistent and positive attitude. Maintains corporate image at all times. Demonstrates a positive attitude toward team work, customers, and suppliers. Takes responsibility for personal and professional development.
  • Maintain a strong customer service and relationship management culture within the account.
  • Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) within the Healthcare environment.

Field/Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years Medical Sales.

Languages:

Arabic and English professional proficiency.
