Key Account Manager

Tarabezah is a mobile application that helps its users find and reserve tables at suitable hangout places. Our user-friendly app offers a wide variety of restaurants, lounges, and cafes to choose from. Users can instantly reserve a table and also earn promotions on their orders. Currently available in Amman, Jordan, Tarabezah is expanding to serve the rest of the Middle East.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager at our Amman location. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing data to optimize account performance.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Proven experience in account management and building relationships
• Ability to develop effective business plans
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience working with key accounts
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
