We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FMCG Key Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key accounts within the retail sector, particularly with major players such as Carrefour, Lulu, and other Modern Trade customers.

We have a predominant presence in the market place catering all segments of businesses like Retail Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Groceries; Wholesale, Exports and Food Service (HORECA) sectors throughout UAE, Oman and other GCC countries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth within assigned accounts.
- To be an eyes and ears of the management w.r.t competitions updates and expected action required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to develop and implement account-specific strategies.
- To make sure that the Budgets allocated by the management is spent wisely and within the allocated budgets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities to drive profitability and work towards increasing the market share.
- Monitor account performance against KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Modern Trade managing Carrefour /lulu and other major Modern trade customer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team of Merchandisers
- Knowledge in the office package (word, excel, power point and outlook)
- Knowledge in area indicators and management tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
