Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in building and maintaining strong B2B relationships with clients in selling hardware & software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in sales, a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, and expertise in hardware & software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in hardware and software.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure the delivery of customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Regularly follow up with clients to assess satisfaction, identify potential needs, and ensure ongoing support.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, ensuring they are aligned with client requirements and company goals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with a focus on long-term partnership development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B and hardware & software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the AIDC and RFID sectors is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
