Key Account Specialist

Gulfmed Egypt, a Medical & Healthcare company located in Maadi, Cairo, is hiring a Key Account Specialist

Responsibilities

* Tracking all purchase orders & coordinate with the back office and warehouse chief.

* Identify the whole process of the standard operating procedure for the UPA.

* Follow up and ensure the completion of the paperwork between Gulfmed Egypt and UPA including each order cycle

* Building relationships with stakeholders in UPA.

* Work to register the company products in UPA.

* Clarify internally any new regulations and policies related to the UPA process

* Cooperate with Gulfmed Egypt team to perform and fulfill the required

* documents in each step of the UPA cycle.

* To be updated about every change in the cycle process and procedures that might affect the payment cycle to Gulfmed Egypt.

* Follow-up of internal and external contracts, supply orders, complaints, financial credits, letters of guarantee, center, and tenders

* Follow up on the company's financial situation in terms of indebtedness, financial approvals, delay fines, returns, and exchanges.

* Follow-up work at the Ministry of Health in terms of internal and external supply orders and inventory

* Follow-up paperwork and delivery of supply orders and papers related to financial transfers

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a key account Specialist

* Experience in Dealing with UPA and providing solutions based on customer needs

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

* Excellent organizational skills

* Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

* BSc/BA in Science, business administration, sales, or relevant field.

*3-5 years experience.
