We are currently working with a reputed Nursery who are experiencing expansion in the UAE and are now looking to hire Early Years Teachers for the next academic year.

Start Date: 1st August 2024

Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: 9000 AED to 10,000 AED

About the Role

This is a full-time role for an Early Childhood Teacher. The Early Childhood Teacher will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as teaching, working with children, curriculum development, and child development.

• Craft and maintain a prepared learning environment, incorporating theme-based lesson plans that stimulate curiosity and engagement among children.
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences and introduce Montessori-inspired activities to bring about genuine love for exploration and knowledge acquisition.
• Complete yearly assessment reports for each child twice a year, providing a holistic view of their progress and areas for continued growth.
• Integrate cultural and environmental learning into the curriculum, encouraging appreciation for diversity and sustainability.

Requirements:

• Cache level 3 or Bachelors in Education
• 2 years minimum experience as a educator
• Knowledge of child development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
