Job Title: L1 NOC/ Network Engineer

Location: Dubai

Duration: 12+ Months long term extendable

Salary: 7500 AED per month

JD:

4+ years Experience

Initial level troubleshooting skills of network and system administration.

Knowledge of OSPF,BGP and troubleshooting on Cisco ASA, ESA and WSA.

Hands-on experience on Cisco routers, switches, Firewalls, Stealth watch.

Experience in monitoring tools.

Knowledge about change, incident and problem management.(ITIL/ITSM experience)

Experience on reporting tools.

Customer handling experience

CCNA,CCNP level certification at least

Good communication skills.
