Job Description:Aurabelle Beauty Salon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lady Beauty Salon Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing beauty salons and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Oversee daily operations of the beauty salon, ensuring high standards of service.
- Supervise and manage a team of beauty professionals, providing guidance and support.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and manage time effectively to optimize salon productivity.- Maintain excellent customer relations, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and ensure continuous professional development.
- Ensure all salon equipment and tools are properly maintained and sanitized.
Prepare regular reports on salon performance and provide insights for improvement.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supervising or managing a beauty salon.- Extensive knowledge of beauty services, including skincare, haircare, and cosmetics.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
