Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including waiters/waitresses and host/hostesses, to deliver outstanding service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.- Coordinate and oversee dining room operations to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional guest experiences.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Schedule shifts and manage payroll to optimize staffing levels and labor costs.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational requirements.- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and enhance restaurant visibility.
Utilize fluency in Russian, Italian, or French to communicate effectively with multilingual guests and facilitate seamless service.
- Train and develop staff to uphold service standards and foster a positive team environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory, and other operational metrics for management review.
Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.- Fluent in Russian, Italian, or French, with excellent communication skills in English.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems is a plus.
Certification in food handling and safety is preferred.
