Develop detailed 3D BIM models of landscape elements using software like Autodesk Revit.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and landscape architects to integrate landscape designs into building projects.
Incorporate data on materials, quantities, and sustainability factors into BIM models.
Create high-quality visualizations to present landscape designs to stakeholders.
Conduct analysis and simulations to optimize design decisions and identify potential issues.
Generate documentation including drawings, schedules, and reports.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of BIM models with project requirements.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM software.
Strong understanding of landscape design principles and construction techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Previous experience in the UAE or Middle East region preferred.
