WSP is looking for a Landscape Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, inspection, testing and commissioning for a project based in Riyadh.
Your new role, what's involved
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and identify any issues or deviations from the plan.
Oversee the implementation of landscaping plans to ensure that materials, techniques, and workmanship meet quality standards and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with other project stakeholders including architects, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of the landscaping project and timely resolution of any conflicts or issues that may arise.
Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient progress and adherence to budget constraints.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including site reports, progress updates, and any changes to the original design plans.
Identify potential challenges or obstacles to project completion and develop solutions to address them proactively, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices, including proper handling and disposal of waste materials.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Bachelors Degree in Landscape /Agricultural/ Horticulture Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience in landscape projects in GCC, KSA preferred
Knowledgeable of governmental affairs relevant codes and standards
Must have a sound knowledge of horticultural practice with specific regard to the implementation of large-scale hard and soft landscape works common to the Gulf region.
Excellent in Auto CAD, Sketch up
